电影讲述了茅山下桃源镇的阴守一（刘頔饰），从小崇拜“茅山三子”：玉灵子（张冬饰）、凉虚子（龚小钧饰）、重归子（崔曙光饰）的传奇事迹，渴望成为一名茅山英雄。他瞒着母亲十三娘（周小飞饰）前往茅山参加新“九龙真人”选拔大典，竟意外被燃眉大师（杜玉明饰）选中...。盲女白安安为救时宴奶奶失明，又因母亲医药费被迫嫁入豪门。时宴疑她别有用心，冷眼相待，而她隐忍善良，默默承受继父勒索、情敌陷害，甚至被下药绑架。当时宴终于看清真相，她却已心死离去……。Five months later.
