某日，小新（矢岛晶子 配音）、小葵和美伢（楢桥美纪 配音）被一群神秘人物绑架，醒来之后发现身处一间神秘的基地之内，原来，这里是名为“温泉G组”的秘密组织，意在保护对于日本来说十分珍贵的温泉。然而，横空出世的污垢达人博士（家弓家正 配音）企图利用“地球温泉计划”将温泉G组彻底击垮。 唯一能够阻止污垢达人博士的阴谋的，就只有仅存在于传说之中的“黄金之魂温泉”，而组员们经过调查，发现该温泉正好处于小新他们家地下。小新一家人决定帮助温泉G组的同胞们找到黄金之魂温泉，却遭到了污垢达人博士的袭击，并且最终沦为俘虏遭受了酷刑。。2005年索菲亚国际电影节回顾单元评选的“保加利亚影史十部最伟大影片”之一。 A large balloon suddenly appears above villages and fields and grabs the attention of the peasants.
